Why do you only offer next day pickup service only?
Due to the inconsistent time schedules, we know we can almost guarantee the next day
it will be empty, and ready for a full cleaning and sanitizing service. We can provide a
same day cleaning, but it will be scheduled for the very end of the day with an extra
cost.
How do I know when my cleaning days are?
There will be two ways you can do this and we’ll make sure you won't have a hard time.
One way is to login to your Bin Drip Customer Portal and click on the sidebar under
“Subscription Details” to see when your next cleaning date is. Another way will be by
sending you SMS reminders the night of your cleaning and the morning of your cleaning
once our cleaning technician is on the way. You will have to make sure you turn the
notification option on once you sign up in order for this to work.
Do the cans need to be empty?
Yes in order to properly clean and sanitize and make sure you get great service.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
There will be two options. One is to login into your account and click on the tab labeled
“Availability Calendar”. Once in it, select all dates you are unavailable and our system
will automatically place your next visit beyond this date. Another way in case you can’t
